THE STORY

HOBBY TURNED OBSESSION

What began as a procrastinated, collaborative college leadership project between two friends, rapidly spiraled out of mediocrity into several multi-course tasting menu dinners. This sparked my insatiable drive to bring the unique joy that only a great meal delivers to as many people as possible. After a stint as a Croissant Baker at an impressive bakery in the wilds of Wyoming, I discovered my deep appreciation for the craft of fine Sourdough bread and humble sandwiches prepared well. It is now my mission to feed others daily with this humble medium that nourishes and delights.

Deep in the wilds of Wyoming I discovered the satisfaction of creating meals that excite and care for others. Amidst a unique classical education at Wyoming Catholic College, I avidly pursued every opportunity to create food that fostered community, from 11-Course tasting menus to flipping burgers at concerts. That led me to a bakery, croissants, many great friends and mentors and the desire to make greatness an everyday occurrence by making the ordinary extraordinary. My next great chapter is launching a mobile sourdough bakery, which is why You are here!
